How do I de-link or remove a device (push button, motion sensor, door/window sensor) from my doorbell?

If you have already reached the maximum number of devices for your doorbell, you will be able to de-link or remove a device by adding a replacement device at the same time. Please refer to the question below for instructions on how to do this.

If you have not reached the maximum number of devices for your doorbell, you will not be able to de-link or remove a single device. In this case, performing a factory reset (which removes all the linked devices) is the only option.

To perform a factory reset, remove one battery (or turn off the power to a plug-in doorbell). Press and hold the settings button settings whilst replacing the battery (or turning on the power). An Amber light will flash, either from the small LED indicator on the side of the doorbell, or from the Halo Light (Depending on product type). At this point, you can link a new device.
